BMX at the Airport / Berlin Tempelhof
BMX Freestyle Professional Rider Camilo Gutierrez explores iconic locations of the central airport „ Berlin – Tempelhof „ , famous for its monumental architecture and his important role in the german & global history. Built between 1936 -1941, The Airport Tempelhof was used for multiple purposes, from a former Commercial Airport through the Cold War episode 1948/49 and till to be the Refuge’s home in 2015. Over original recorded sounds and exclusive Soundtrack, mostly Areal and slow motion shots document the journey of a bmx freestyler in the empty locations of one of the biggest Buildings and Structures in the World. BMX at Airport shows the use that Camilo does of the huge space with his dynamic bmx riding, showing us a new way to experience the airport’s space with the bicycle.

Wir können nicht nur sportlich, sondern auch sozial!!
Ziel ist es den Sport zu vergrößern, mehr Leute zu erreichen und Nachwuchs zu fördern. Dafür sind wir in der Welt unterwegs, kooperieren mit Bürger- und Quartiersämtern und besuchen Schulen. Zum Glück gibt`s für alle neugierig gewordenen die Möglichkeit auch in Berlin mitzuwirken und dabei zu sein. In Kooperation mit dem Hangar 1 am Flughafen Tempelhof bieten wir allen Interessierten und Begabten einmal wöchentlich an, sich mit dem BMX auszuprobieren, erste Runden zu drehen, kleinere Tricks zu stehen und ein Gefühl für das Rad zu bekommen.
Wir wissen, BMX ist kein einfacher Sport, aber es lohnt sich am Ball zu bleiben und es immer wieder zu versuchen. Bist du interessiert, hast du vielleicht sogar schon Vorerfahrungen, aber es fehlt dir an den finanziellen und materiellen Mitteln, dann schau gern bei uns vorbei. Wir stellen dir für einen Zeitraum von zwei Stunden Helm und BMX zur Verfügung.
Wir wünschen uns als Gegenleistung einen respektvollen Umgang damit und vor allem, dass du Spaß hast. Samstags nach dem BMX School Berlin Training, könnt ihr dazu stoßen und euch sogar mit den Fortgeschrittenen austauschen und von ihnen lernen. Angeboten wird das soziale Freitraining für eine Gruppe. Der professionelle Trainer Camilo wird euch begleiten, anleiten und Hilfestellung bieten. Wir freuen uns, wenn dich das Angebot anspricht und wir dich samstags begrüßen können.

Este verano 2020, llevamos a cabo nuestro evento anual de BMX Freestyle en la ciudad de Lima, Peru, Sudamerica, por séptimo aÑo consecutivo!
En cooperación con la Municipalidad de Miraflores y con el apoyo de Patrocinadores locales e Internacionales, presentamos el pasado Sábado 29 de Febrero, en el Malecón de Miraflores – Parque Grau, nuestro evento de BMX Flatland totalmente Gratuito, que conto con la presencia de nuestros entrenadores Profesionales de BMX Freestyle Camilo Gutierrez desde Berlin, Alemania y Waldemar Fatkin desde el Norte de Europa (Alemania – Rusia), ellos en conjunto con los mejores exponentes nacionales de la disciplina de BMX Flatland, pusieron un show de acrobacias y arte urbano de nivel Internacional, demostrando lo que es posible hacer sobre una bicicleta de BMX en la superficie plana. FREESTYLE!
Cabe destacar que esta plataforma de encuentro e intercambio, es parte de los proyecto sociales que llevamos a cabo de forma gratuita y auto – sostenible tanto en Alemania, como en el Peru.

The last Weekend of February was really great to see the Peruvian #BMX Flatland Riders at their finest! Together with the Support of our #bmxflatland Coach’s @camilogutierrezbmx on the bike & the Mic! And @waldemarfatkin as a Head of the Judging System, the show was ON an International level, that was never seen before in Peru!
This is one of our Social Projects, that we have been organizing the last 7 Years in South America to develop our #sport discipline, BMX Flatland.

Was für ein spektakuläres und besonderes Event in Peru!
Die lange Vorbereitungsphase hat sich gelohnt. Wir haben den Boden vor Ort aus eigener Kraft ausgebessert, um Stromanschlüsse gekämpft und ausgiebige Diskussionen mit Verantwortlichen geführt.
BMXer mit unterschiedlichen Niveaus sind zum Event erschienen, um vor zahlreichen Zuschauern zu zeigen, wie sie ihre Leistung seit dem letzten Jahr gesteigert haben. In freundschaftlicher Atmosphäre, unterstützt durch grandiose musikalische Beats von DJ @zectwicked & @marc.honninger , bestem peruanischen Wetter ☀️und interkulturellen Besuchern konnten die BMXer von Poder de la Bike 7 das Publikum begeistern. Das Finale fand im Regen von Handylichtern statt und bot einen sensationellen Abschluss des Events.
Wir danken allen Teilnehmern, Unterstützern, Sponsoren und Zuschauern, die dieses #BMX Event ermöglicht haben und es zu dem gemacht haben!
